Self-harm to self-harmony

"Self-harm to Self-harmony" is a self-published book that I wrote that's only available on Amazon. This book is about my personal experiences of battling mental illness and self-harm, as teenager to early adulthood, and how I eventually overcame the struggle. I'm planning to do a sequel to this book soon. It's available physically and as an eBook in multiple Amazon regions.

102 Distraction techniques

"102 Distraction Techniques" is pretty much was it says on the tin. I put together 102 distractions for coping with mental illness and emotional discomfort into one book. Each distraction is easy to understand and is only about a paragraph long. The vast majority of the distractions in this book have been used by myself at one time or another. I have also included some suggestions from my followers. This is also only available through Amazon as either a physical or digital copy.

The Youtube channel

The Youth Potential YouTube channel is one of the earliest creations. I try to upload about two videos a week and I cover different topics within the area of mental health. The video to the left is one of my favourite videos from the channel. Remember to like and subscribe!

The Instagram Account

This account is generally used daily. It's a real mixture of mental health related content, and, sometimes I post things about my own life. I try to reply to most DMs but honestly I can find it quite overwhelming. I try to respond to most comments too.
